Roles
Paraform Industrial Design
Paraform is an end to end industrial design firm specialising in high compliance enclosures for monitoring equipment.
From the first client meeting to final handover everything needs to run efficiently and repeatably. I created the processes and implemented the tools. I manage the Marketing team and personally built the sales funnel, implementing the data analytics and tracking them against our company goals.
I increased the company revenue by 40% in my first year as commercial lead.
EngineRoom
EngineRoom is a Digital Agency with an inhouse SaaS platform.
I was hired as a Digital Project Manager for the Software engineering team and worked my way up to Managed Services Operations Manager. I managed 30 people across 5 services.
I managed the operational expense for the function of reducing software bloat and ensuring revenue targets were met.
I redesigned the product process and owned change management for PM systems. I implemented and owned new tools and systems across the company. I trained employees on new software including the company built SaaS tools I managed.
I implemented and analysed data tools for the SaaS as well as the company. I analysed the SaaS data to determine patterns between customer spend and usage.
Parki
I took an application and re-envisioned it from the ground up to relaunch a new PARKi. This relaunch turned a 1 star app into a 4 star+ app. The company rebranded to match the application.
I managed a team of local and remote engineers. I built the internal ticketing system for the applications, working with multiple customer success teams and directly with app users. I developed the Reservation System under the PARKi umbrella.
I presented in tender meetings for councils and universities across Australia and New Zealand.
CDS Worldwide
As a Senior Project Engineer I led the end-to-end delivery of car park system equipment, coordinating across software, hardware and construction teams. I managed project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
I managed multiple successful tender submissions.
I designed and delivered hardware for major projects including the WiFi ticket validation system implemented at GPT Melbourne Central.
About Me
I’m a curious tinkerer which led to starting my first industrial design firm Moss&Schmidt which eventually comerged into Paraform Industrial Design.
I am a strongly emapathetic individual. I love research of tools and systems. I’m always the go to for niche knowledge of a product.
